I looked at many portfolios in my hunt for a wedding photographer. But found myself comparing them all to Nora’s work. I could not find another photographer that really translated the warmth, candor and authenticity that exists between couples into photographs. Of course, Nora caught all those big moments that happen in a wedding, but what I loved even more is Nora captured every little moment between the big ones. She snagged every loving glance and embrace. I was amazed with how Nora can take something as complex and dimensional as love and put it on a piece of paper. When she was photographing us, you can see that Nora has a fine eye for detail, is very organized and intentional in her work. The end product was beautiful, she curated individual moments and wove them together to tell our story. This was not something that I realized I wanted in a photographer but is what I have been most grateful for and impressed with in Nora’s work. I am so happy I had Rowan + Birch photograph my wedding!
